Roland Holder
Roland Holder has been in the flooring industry for 59 years. He began his career by working part-time after school when he was fifteen. In 1958 Roland partnered with Mr. William Gentry and Gentry & Holder floors was born. Another partner through good and bad times has been Roland's wife Martha. Together, this year they celebrate their 52nd wedding anniversary.

To say that Roland's service to the wood flooring industry has been significant is an understatement. Roland became involved with the MFMA and NOFMA sponsored Wood Flooring Installation school in 1979 and continued his participation until 1990. In recognition of his tireless effort at promoting the fine art of wood flooring installation, Roland was inducted into the NWFA Hall of Fame in 1994.
