Registration Information
Participation is limited
to registered attendees, and the official MFMA
Conference name badge is required for admittance
to all sessions and events. Attendees may
register in advance or on-site at the meeting.

Registration Fees
MFMA Member Registration: $375
Includes admission to all sessions, exhibits, scheduled meal functions and receptions.
Spouse/Guest Registration: $175
Includes admission to all MFMA-hosted meal functions and receptions.
Admission to educational sessions is not permitted.
The meeting registration fee includes all education
sessions, exhibit hall admittance, refreshment breaks,
opening reception, evening reception, sunset reception,
Friday and Saturday continental breakfasts, and
the MFMA conference banquet.
Payment/Confirmation
All registrations must be accompanied by a check or Visa/ MasterCard
credit card number for the full amount of the registration. Checks are to
be in U.S. funds and made payable to the Maple Flooring Manufacturers
Association. Registrations cannot be processed without full payment.
Cancellations
Notification of cancellation must be submitted to MFMA headquarters
in writing. A $50 cancellation fee will apply to cancellations received by
February 13, 2008. No fees will be refunded for cancellations received
after February 13, 2008. Registrations are transferable only with written
notice to MFMA on or before February 20, 2008.
Advance registrations will be confirmed in writing before the meeting.
Name badges and program materials must be picked up at the MFMA
registration desk, which will be located at the Aragon Foyer at the
Rancho Bernardo Inn.
