Hotel Accommodations
MFMA has negotiated special room rates at the Rancho Bernardo Inn. Conference attendees pay $209 for single/double occupancy per night. All rates are subject to a $15 resort fee and state and city taxes. The resort fee includes:

  • In-room coffee/tea service
  • Unlimited local, toll-free and credit card phone calls
  • Unlimited in-room high-speed internet access
  • Newspaper delivered to guest room door Monday-Friday
  • Daily access to the Buena Vista Spa & Fitness Center
    (treatments are additional)

The special rate applies from Tuesday, March 4, through Sunday, March 9. The Rancho Bernardo Inn is located at 17550 Bernardo Oaks Drive, San Diego, California 92128.

To reserve a room at the Rancho Bernardo Inn, call the hotel at 800/542-6096 or 877/517-9340. Be sure to identify yourself as an MFMA conference attendee to receive the special discounted rate. Discounted rooms are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, and discounted room rates apply only to MFMA attendee reservations received before February 3, 2008, provided rooms are still available in the MFMA room block. Make your reservations early to ensure your
accommodations!

Airline and Ground Transportation
The San Diego International Airport (SAN) is approximately thirty minutes from the Rancho Bernardo Inn. Cloud 9/Super Shuttle offers round the clock service between the San Diego International Airport (SAN) and the hotel, however, reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance both going to and coming from the airport. To make a reservation, call 800/974-8885 or 858/974-8885. The one-way fare is $26 and roundtrip is $52, excluding gratuities. Taxi service also is available for a one-way fare of approximately $75.

Car Rental
Avis Rent-a-Car System Inc. is the official car rental service for the MFMA 2008 Conference. Avis has a terminal conveniently located at the San Diego International Airport and can provide discounted rates for conference attendees. For details, call 800/331-1600 and indicate AWD

Parking
Valet parking is currently $12 per night with in/out privileges. Overnight self parking is available for $5 per night.
